4. Payment and Refund Policy
- All courses and services must be paid for in advance via approved payment gateways.
- No Refunds will be issued once the service or course has been activated or accessed unless explicitly mentioned.
- In case of failed transactions, payments will be reversed to the original method within 7–10 business days.
- We are not responsible for delays due to payment gateway failures.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content including videos, PDFs, test questions, model answers, mentor notes, logos, and brand materials are the intellectual property of Civils Prep.
- You may not copy, download, modify, distribute, or exploit the content for commercial or non-personal use.
- Unauthorized use of our content will result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.
6. Code of Conduct
By using Civils Prep, you agree:
- Not to plagiarize or submit copied answers or assignments.
- Not to abuse, threaten, or harass mentors, staff, or other aspirants.
- Not to attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the platform’s security.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban of your account.
7. Disclaimer
- Civils Prep does not guarantee UPSC selection or a specific rank.
- Our guidance, mentorship, and content are designed to support your effort—but your success depends on individual preparation, consistency, and external factors.
- The advice given by mentors is educational and strategic; users must apply it at their own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civils Prep is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Data loss, account misuse, or platform downtime.
- Your reliance on mentorship, suggestions, or test results.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in the last 90 days.
9. Third-Party Links and Tools
- The website may include third-party tools or links (e.g., payment gateways, discussion platforms).
- We are not responsible for content, security, or practices of these external services.
- Users must review and agree to their respective terms independently.
