General Refund Policy
• No Refunds After Activation: Once any course or kit has been activated or accessed, no refund will be issued.
• Eligible Refunds:
o Non-delivery of key services due to technical/administrative issues.
o Duplicate or erroneous payments (with valid proof).
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
• Email us within 7 days of purchase at support@civilsprep.com
• Include: full name, order ID, purchase date, and reason.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 90 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be provided if the following services are accessed:
• One-to-One Video Mentorship
• Prelims Prep Booster (3000+ Questions)
• Mains Prep Booster
• Personalized Strategy & Timetable
• Prelims + Mains Test Series
• Hardcopy Material (once dispatched)
• Answer Evaluations
No refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction with feedback or study materials.
Installment Plan Refunds
• No Refunds After Activation, even for users on installment plans.
• Cancellation Before Activation: Refund of the first installment possible if requested within 7 days and no service has been accessed.
• Cancellation of Future Payments: Can be requested 7 days before the next installment.
• Outstanding Balance: If services are accessed, users must complete remaining payments.
• Defaulting: May lead to service suspension, late fees, and legal recovery.
Payment Gateway Errors
Report duplicate or erroneous payments within 7 days. If verified, the overcharged amount will be refunded.
